Dining

Languedoc produce in harmony with the estate’s wines
From October to April

Symbiose

An immersive, sensory experience.

Twelve seats at the bar, twelve at the chef’s table: each meal becomes a moment of sharing, where conversation with fellow guests and the chef is at the heart of the experience. A true symbiosis of cuisine, wine and human encounters.

The four-course menu showcases Languedoc producers. Chef Pierre Tourailles composes a menu of seasonal ingredients, and each glass, chosen with the estate’s winemaker Karen Turner, echoes the produce of the terroir.

A panoramic terrace opens onto the sea of vines, the Château de Montferrand, the Pic Saint-Loup and the Hortus.

Summer

Canopée

The summer hot spot, beneath oaks, black pines, sequoias and plane trees.

A Mediterranean-inspired menu, simple and authentic, with a bistronomic touch that celebrates seasonal produce. The park, enclosed by tall stone walls, invites you to an aperitif by the pond, a game of pétanque with friends, or a nap on the lawns.

Sunday brunch

Every Sunday from May to the end of September: a brunch of homemade produce for late risers, families and friends, 100% kid-friendly.

Nocturnes d’Uma

Every other Thursday evening from June: a DJ, the estate’s wines, brazier grill, tapas and sharing boards.
